Job Summary:
HKEX strategizes to focus on applying new technologies to modernize our core functions in order to enable greater efficiency in our operations and deliver new services to our market. We are looking for a strong talent with Identity Governance and Administration, IT services management knowledge and experience to join our Service Management Team under Technology Service Management. This role is supporting daily operation include Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), IT system accounts and Privilege Account Management as well as providing improvement recommendation to the related tooling platforms.

The IT Service Operations Management (ITSOM) covers Services Management processes including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Asset Management, Configuration Management Database, IGA and IT Production Account Management. Candidate has relevant knowledge in these disciplines is an advantage.

Candidate should have a customer service mind-set to drive process improvement, push for operational efficiency and value.

Job Duties:

Responsibilities:
  • Manage stakeholders and business administrators on IGA process and regular recertification campaign
  • Onboard applications to the IGA platform
  • Perform daily and long-term operational and strategic management of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) & IT Production Account Management (PAM)
  • Propose and deliver the IGA strategy and roadmap
  • Ensure proper implementation and control of IGA/PAM processes according to policies, standards and procedures
  • Manage daily operation on IGA and Production Account activities
  • Maintain an inventory of privileged accounts and ensure proper use of these accounts with the aid of leading Privileged Identity Management (PIM) tool
  • Govern the Production Account inventory
  • Drive automation and streamline daily BAU activities to improve operational efficiency
  • Take part in the IT service management implementation from the processes aspect.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of IT experience
  • Strong knowledge of IT service management with five or more years' experience in identity and access management (Joiner Leaver process and account recertification)
  • Degree in Computer Science, Information System or IT related disciplines
  • Experience in financial services industry or other highly regulated organizations is preferred while not essential
  • Experience in leading IGA/ITSM solutions (e.g. SailPoint, ServiceNow, CyberArk, etc.)
  • ITIL certified and knowledge in ITIL processes such as change management, asset management, configuration management, incident management, problem management is an advantage
  • Strong ability to carry out assigned tasks independently with little supervision
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, interpersonal and presentation skill.
