Duties:
- Financial Management:
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Creating and managing budgets, forecasting future financial performance.
- Cash Flow Management: Ensuring the company has enough liquidity to meet its obligations.
- Financial Reporting: Preparing financial statements and reports for stakeholders.
- Accounting Duties:
- Bookkeeping: Maintaining accurate records of all financial transactions.
- Accounts Payable and Receivable: Managing invoices, payments, and collections.
- Payroll: Handling employee salaries, benefits, and deductions.
- Taxation (HK & PRC Tax):
- Compliance: Ensuring the company adheres to all relevant tax laws and regulations in China.
- Tax Planning: Developing strategies to minimise tax liabilities.
- Filing: Preparing and submitting tax returns accurately and on time.
- Personal Investment and Book:
- Investment Management: Overseeing the owner's personal investments, including stocks, real estate, and other assets.
- Record Keeping: Maintaining detailed records of all personal financial transactions and investments.
- Financial Advice: Providing insights and recommendations to optimise the owner's personal financial portfolio.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree holder with CPA Qualification
- At least 15 years of work experience
- Audit experience is highly preferred.
- Good command in Mandarin and Cantonese
