Scrum Master

What you'll need to succeed
- Advocate Agile best practices: Advocate for Agile methodologies, leading the team to adopt effective practices and improve collaboration
-Promote teamwork: Encourage open communication and cooperation amongst team members to resolve conflicts effectively
- Support project management: Work with project managers to create actionable plans and ensure timely delivery of project outcomes
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies: Guide the team through processes like sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
- Mentor team members: Assist new and existing team members in their Agile journey, providing resources and support for their growth
