Head of Operations - Transaction Banking

Role:  

• Lead the transaction banking operations team in Hong Kong. 
• Oversee transactions monitoring and authorisations. 
• Ensure all authorised transactions are compliant with expected turnaround times. 
• Oversee the teams adherence to all internal policies and local regulations. 
• Monitor the quality control in operations and manage all operational risk related matters. 
• Work closely with internal stakeholders across business, operations and technology to refine and improve processes. 
• Partner with Relationship Managers and clients to ensure high quality services and processes. This will include visits to clients to liaise directly. 
• Mentor and train your team  

Requirements: 

• 10+ years experience with transaction banking and trade finance operations. 
• Good understanding of UCPDC, ISBP, URC, URDG 
• Familiarity with trade finance products and relevant operations and transaction processes. 
• Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements.
• Team leadership experience 
• Bachelors degree in business, finance or other relevant discipline. 
• Fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
