Responsibilities:
8+ years of experience in IT service management or a related role, with knowledge of service management principles, processes and best practices.
Provide technical consulting and recommendations for financial projects.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data analysis and reporting
Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a customer-centric approach to resolving service-related challenges
Familiarity with service management frameworks such as ITIL or Six Sigma
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
Qualifications
Degree in Computer Science, MIS, or relevant technical discipline.
Minimum 8 years of IT experience with a strong focus on infrastructure design and implementation (preferably in the government sector).
Completed multiple large-scale project development cycles
Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills
Excellent documentation and analytical capabilities.
Ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks in a high-pressure environment.
Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin).
ITIL or PMP certification is required.
