Your new role

You will be joining a team that supports a highly experienced Client Advisors known for a robust client base. Working closely with a team of Client Account Managers, you will provide secretarial support to the Client Advisors and play a crucial role in facilitating client interactions and ensuring seamless operations. Our team values collaboration, professionalism, and a commitment to excellence in client service.
  • Provide secretarial, administrative, and logistics support to the Client Advisors
  • Coordinate Client Advisor's schedule, including making appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Arrange meetings, prepare agendas, meeting materials and reserve facilities
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail; prepare outgoing mail and other correspondence
  • Performs sensitive information gathering and manage confidential matters
  • Alert the Client Advisor regarding special actions required
  • Direct clients' enquiries and requests to Client Advisors and Client Account Managers
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client profiles and documentation
  • Support Client Advisors to coordinate team and external meetings, including client events
  • Obtain appropriate internal approval from senior management on client events, expenses, etc
  • Prepare and reconcile expense reports, and obtain approvals
  • Ensure administrative arrangements and preparation for client-related processes are executed smoothly


What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience in providing secretarial support to the senior management and dealing with clients

  • Knowledge of banking operation

  • Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin

  • Great computer skills and the willingness to learn

  • A strong team player who takes initiative

  • Methodical, concise and accurate, with strong attention to detail

  • Able to work multitask under time pressure

  • HK Local / PR only
