Key Accountabilities
- Support Talent Acquisition Team on organizing interview, background check, onboarding logistics, visa preparation.
- Support Talent Management Team on organizing training and maintaining training records.
- Such other duties as shall be directed by superiors from time to time.
Skills & Experience
- Love the country, Hong Kong and the Company and align with the core values of Bank of China and BOCI.
- Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines.
- With more than 1 year of relevant experience in recruitment and training.
- Strong sense of responsibility Proactive with positive attitude.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with good team spirit.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Mandarin).
