Your new company Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Capturing and Nurturing: Proactively convert user's input into business requirement
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design, implement, and optimise lead capture processes for O2O channels with a UXUI mindset
- Acting as a product owner of CS lead journey to define and monitor lead-nurturing strategies through digital platforms, online campaigns, and offline engagement to enhance conversion rate
- Project Delivery and Monitoring: Drive digital project delivery E2E by coordinating with cross-functional teams, tracking project milestones, and ensuring adherence to timelines
- Manage UAT and post-implementation support
Required Skills and Competencies:
- Product Owner experience in the business user department is preferrable
- Able to create the user journey with proficiency in using UXUI tools such as Figma, Visio, draw.io etc.
- Project experience with CRM, campaign management system, lead management system is preferrable
- Insurance industry experience is a plus
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the insurance, financial services, or digital transformation domain.
- A strong understanding of insurance industry processes, particularly in corporate solutions and agency/broker channels, is highly desirable.
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira) and collaboration platforms (e.g., Confluence, Microsoft Teams)
- Proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin, English
