Responsibilities
- Fully in charge the facility management services, including leasing, maintenance, cleaning, security, office renovation and other facilities improvement projects;
- Oversee and being a checker role for the whole office administration functions including office supplies & office equipment maintenance, procurement, document filing and etc.
- To co-ordinate leasing project, negotiate lease agreements and constantly seeking to minimize vacancy and achieve leasing targeted goals owned by the Bank
- Responsible to handle all compliance related reports, review policies related to administration department and ensure its compliance
- Prepare annual budget and monitor monthly expenditures;
- Undertake other ad hoc administration duties as assigned
Requirements
* University degree or above
* 8 years experience in office administration, preferably in Chinese financial industry
* Experience in office renovation, relocation and outsourcing is preferably
* Good in Chinese writing skill
* Willing to work overtime at irregular hours if necessary
* Proactive, independent, responsible personality and able to work under pressure
* Proficient in computer applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
* Good interpersonal and communication skills
* Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (preferably fluent in Mandarin)
* Immediate available is highly preferred
