Job Description:

  • Participate in the development and review of HR and Admin policies and procedures to ensure compliance with the latest regulatory requirements and group policies.
  • Respond to internal and external audit requests, track follow-up actions, and ensure timely resolution.
  • Identify areas for improvement in HR and Admin compliance and governance, collaborate with compliance and IA teams to ensure HR and Admin practices align with regulatory and internal policies requirements.
  • Stay abreast of changes in relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices, advising the organization as needed.
  • Coordinate and monitor training activities, including but not limited to bank-wide mandatory training programs, HR compulsory training etc.
  • Provide guidance and training to HR and Admin team members on governance and compliance and monitor their adherence.
  • Undertake ad-hoc projects as assigned.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Proactive, logical, and detail-oriented mindset is a must.
  • Proficient in data analysis, reporting, strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Knowledge of HKMA supervisory policy manual requirements is desirable.
  • Bachelor's degree or above. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in banking or financial industry preferred.
  • Continuous learning mindset and the ability to stay up-to-date with evolving HR regulations.
  • Familiarity with HR and Admin systems and technologies to support governance.
  • Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin.
