Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily accounting tasks, including invoice processing, expense reimbursements, bookkeeping, and account reconciliation.
- Help prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Maintain and update financial records to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Support administrative tasks such as document management, meeting arrangements, and office supply procurement.
- Coordinate internal and external communications to ensure smooth information flow.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in accounting; outstanding recent graduates will also be considered.
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles and strong numerical skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Detail-oriented with strong time management and multitasking abilities.
