Structurer, Prime Brokerage Department

Job Duties:

• Work independently on designing and implementing structure products
• Provide end-to-end support from origination, marketing, design, pricing and execution on standard and bespoke structured products in addressing client needs. 
• Support product lifecycle in monitoring, valuation, corporate actions and portfolio adjustments in accordance with client requests
• Analyze and assess potential risk and returns, prepare payoff risk and P&L impact on pre-and-post trade scenario analysis; implement appropriate assessments and measures when making business decisions
• Collaborate with sales team on marketing and discussing trading ideas with clients; partner with different internal stakeholders, such as business units on cross-selling opportunities and deal execution
• Liaise with internal stakeholders such as risk, legal and compliance, operations, finance and treasury departments to secure successful financial structure
• Draft transaction documents for various products and derivatives in accordance with master program or agreement or asset terms and definitions to ensure appropriate governance and control infrastructure

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in economics, finance, quantitative finance or equivalent; an additional degree in law or equivalent preferred
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in structuring or derivative or structuring trading.  In-depth knowledge in structure products such as structured notes, exotic, swaps, etc.
• Excellent numerical and logical abilities, demonstrated quantitative and analytical skills
• Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation and problem solving skills
• Independent, able to work under pressures and tight deadlines
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese; fluency in Putonghua and or Cantonese is a plus
