Your new company My client, a well-established organisation in the financial services area, is seeking a Receptionist and Admin assistant to join their team.
Your new role - Answering and directing phone calls in a professional manner.
- Greeting and welcoming visitors, and directing them to the appropriate person or department.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages, ensuring proper records.
- Take bookings for the meeting rooms and ensure rooms are set up with necessary supplies.
- To provide support on the planning and delivery of various internal staff events.
- To support ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.
What you'll need to succeed - Degree holder or above.
- 5+ years of experience as a Recep/ Admin in financial services or sizable organizations.
- Candidates with experience in walk-in customer service is a bonus.
- Proficiency in spoken English, Cantonese, and Putonghua.
