Your new role
  • Answering and directing phone calls in a professional manner.
  • Greeting and welcoming visitors, and directing them to the appropriate person or department.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages, ensuring proper records.
  • Take bookings for the meeting rooms and ensure rooms are set up with necessary supplies.
  • To provide support on the planning and delivery of various internal staff events.
  • To support ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.

What you'll need to succeed
  • Degree holder or above.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Recep/ Admin in financial services or sizable organizations.
  • Candidates with experience in walk-in customer service is a bonus.
  • Proficiency in spoken English, Cantonese, and Putonghua.
