About the Role

60% for Case Management and Administration
- Capability of case management for high net worth and jumbo case from application submission to policy delivery effectiveness, timeliness and accuracy in administrative works between underwriters, channels lead and business-related partners.
- Monitor administrative tasks to ensure all refund payment, APS letter and received document to be handled and complied with AIA standard properly and efficiently.

40% for Administrative Support
- Assist team leader to deliver administrative support and business-related stakeholders across different department to ensure efficient and business-oriented operation in department.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with business partners and internal operations to facilitate the end-to-end process of new business from applications to delivery of policy; and follow up of post-sale services.
  • Handle enquires from our business partners including PD, bank, broker and agency.
  • Communicate promptly and effectively with underwriters and distributors on all underwriting requirements to facilitate approval and issue of new applications.
  • Monitoring the quality of payment refund, APS letter, policy status management, delivery of received document.
  • Provide all rounded support to facilitate efficient operation.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent plus minimum 8 years of relevant working experience in the Insurance industry with at least 4 years in HNW field.
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, proficiency in Mandarin will be an advantage.
  • Proficient in MS Office application (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Detail-minded, well-organized and possess good interpersonal skills and high level of accuracy.
  • Possess solid HNW product knowledge and underwriting, AML, KYC, Sanctions and all risk activities.
  • Able to guide, persuade and influence others at all levels as a sophisticated team member.
  • Fellow Life Management Institute (FLMI) - LOMA is an added advantage
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Specialist
