Our client, a prominent corporate bank, is looking for an experienced loan documentation manager who specializes in corporate clients with syndication loan or project loan experience. Responsibilities: * Draft loan and security documents based on the terms and conditions specified in corporate or project loan applications. * Coordinate with relevant parties or legal representatives regarding the terms and execution of loan documentation. * Offer advisory services to stakeholders as necessary. * Respond to client inquiries and requests concerning loan documentation and operations, while negotiating credit terms with clients. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration. * At least 3 years of experience, ideally in handling loan documentation within financial institutions or corporate banking. * Solid understanding of banking operations and applicable laws and regulatory standards. * Highly motivated and capable of managing multiple responsibilities under tight deadlines. * Strong communication and presentation abilities, with proficiency in both spoken and written Chinese and English; fluency in Mandarin is advantageous. * Candidates with additional experience may be considered for a checker position Interested parties please click Apply Now to submit your CV to us.
