Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with the account opening process, ensuring all required documentation is completed accurately.
  • Verify client identification and ensure compliance with KYC (Know Your Customer) regulations.
  • Provide guidance on account types and services available to clients.
  • Monitor and facilitate the settlement of transactions.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of trades and client transactions.
  • Respond to client inquiries regarding account status, transactions, and settlement issues.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and concerns promptly.
  • Assist in ensuring compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.
  • Prepare reports related to account activities and settlements as required.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the financial or securities industry.
  • Strong understanding of account opening processes and settlement operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite; experience with financial software is a plus.
