Your new role - Ensure the bank's policies and procedures comply with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct compliance reviews and risk assessments.
- Advise business units on regulatory matters and internal controls.
- Handle enquiries from regulatory bodies and prepare compliance reports.
- Assist in the development and implementation of compliance training programs.
- Monitor transactions and activities to detect potential compliance risks.
What you'll need to succeed - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Law, Finance, or related disciplines.
- Require 4-5+ years of experience in Compliance from Banking.
- Strong knowledge of HKMA, SFC, and other banking regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
