About The Role
Reporting directly to the CEO and serving as a member of the Executive Committee, you will lead a small, dedicated team focused on HR operations, while also taking ownership of the strategic HR agenda that supports business growth across Hong Kong, China, and international markets.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a strategic business partner to C-suite executives, advising on HR-related aspects of business planning and organizational development.

  • Lead and oversee HR operations, ensuring efficiency in workforce management, talent acquisition, employee relations, and compliance.

  • Drive key strategic HR initiatives, including talent management, leadership development, and succession planning.

  • Shape and implement HR policies and frameworks that align with the company's global investment strategy.

  • Support business growth by designing best-in-class HR programs, ensuring the office attracts and retains top talent.

  • Oversee administrative functions, ensuring operational excellence across the family office.

Requirements

  • Proven HR leadership experience, ideally within a family office, investment firm, or corporate environment with international exposure.

  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to align HR strategy with corporate objectives.

  • Experience leading HR operations while driving strategic HR transformation.

  • Ability to build trusted partnerships with senior executives and provide actionable people strategies.

  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a proactive and forward-thinking mindset.

  • Profiiency in English and Chinese
