Our HK office is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable HR Business Partner Analyst to join our Human Resource Department. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support the implementation of regional and local HR initiatives, provide sound advice on HR issues, and maintain strong stakeholder management. The successful candidate will be based in Hong Kong and will play a crucial role in supporting the business on employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements, and collaborating with the Centre of Excellence in driving HR initiatives.

What you'll do:

As an Analyst, HR Business Partner in our Human Resource Department, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our company's future. Your primary responsibility will be supporting the implementation of regional and local HR initiatives that align with our vision. You'll work closely with various teams, providing sound advice on a range of HR issues. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining strong stakeholder relationships, implementing projects at a branch level, and supporting our recruitment process. Additionally, you'll ensure all our practices comply with internal procedures and regulatory requirements while maintaining data integrity within our HR systems.

  • Support the implementation of regional and local Human Resource (HR) initiatives to align with the Bank's direction/vision.
  • Provide sound HR advice to the Business Unit to support decision making on various HR issues.
  • Maintain strong stakeholder management with key stakeholders.
  • Work in partnership with colleagues to support the implementation of projects at a branch level.
  • Work in partnership with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition Team to support the recruitment process.
  • Support the business on employee's relation matters.
  • Support development of robust campus recruitment framework through employer branding strategies.
  • Ensure all HR practices and processes are in compliance with internal procedure and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain HR systems and ensure HR data integrity.
  • Support collaboration with Centre of Excellence (COE) in driving HR initiatives.


What you bring:

As an Analyst, HR Business Partner, your qualifications and experience will be vital for this role. You should have a degree qualification along with at least 2 years of relevant experience. Your ability to manage stakeholders effectively will enable you to collaborate seamlessly across departments. Your communication skills will allow you to influence others and provide effective HR solutions. A solid understanding of HR processes, practices, and local employment laws is essential for this role. Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word is required, and knowledge of 'Workday' would be an added advantage.

  • Degree qualified.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience is desirable.
  • Stakeholder management skills to collaborate effectively with other departments.
  • Communication skills with ability to influence others and advise HR solutions.
  • Knowledge of HR processes, practices and local employment laws.
  • Proficiency with MS Excel, MS Word; knowledge of 'Workday' is an advantage.
