FX & Rates non-linear trader - Vice President to Executive Director level

We are seeking an experienced FX / Rate Non-Linear Trader to join our dynamic trading team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of 7+ years in structured FX and Rates trading, demonstrating strong performance and expertise in originating trade ideas and delivering targeted solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively originate and develop innovative trade ideas and solutions for clients in collaboration with Sales, Solutions, Origination, Distribution, and DCM Syndicate teams.
  • Structure, price, and prepare proposals on client requests with promptness and precision to drive consistent revenue generation across the APAC region.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of market trends, pricing models, and risk management strategies to optimize trading performance.
     

Qualifications:

  • Proven relevant experience in a structured FX and Rates trading role for 7+ years, with a strong performance record.
  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to assess market conditions and develop effective trading strategies.
  • Fluent communication skills in both Mandarin and English, enabling effective interaction with clients and colleagues across regions.
  • Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
