Digital Business Analyst (Fully Remote)

We are looking for a skilled Digital Business Analyst to join our clients dynamic team in a fully remote role. You will analyze and optimize their digital processes and strategies to enhance our initiatives. Web & Mobile customer facing applications.

Salary: HK$45k - HK$65k

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand requirements.
  • Analyze existing digital processes for improvement opportunities.
  • Document business needs and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Develop detailed project documentation and work with IT to translate needs into technical specifications.
  • Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and analyze data for business insights.
  • Monitor digital performance metrics and provide reports to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Knowledge Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a digital environment.
  • Experience working on customer facing applications (Web / Mobile)
  • Strong analytical skills and effective communication.
