Asso/AVP, Performance Management Team, FMD
Key Accountabilities
- Assist in coordinating the group's performance appraisal work, including: regular tracking and measurement, filling in relevant forms, preparing reports to management and the group, etc.;
- Assist in department performance management work, including: formulating plans, regular tracking, etc.;
- Assist in improving BOC Internationals performance management measures and promote their implementation;
- Assist in the comprehensive work of the department;
- Complete other tasks assigned by the leader.
Skills & Experience
- Bachelor degree or above in finance, economics, business management and other related business majors;
- More than 3 years of working experience in performance management, financial management or other related positions, Priority will be given to those with working experience in Chinese-funded enterprises;
- Proficient in office software such as word, ppt, Excel, etc., and familiar with Mandarin, Cantonese and English;
- Have a certain reserve of financial knowledge, good at data processing and Chinese report writing;
- Diligent, conscientious and responsible, with good organizational communication skills and language expression skills.
