Agency Compensation Assistant Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Managing all aspects of system projects, including new agency compensation system setup, enhancements, and support for routine compensation verification and reporting.
• Facilitate communication between technical and business teams to ensure alignment on requirements.
• Gather business requirements from channels and define user requirements.
• Conduct requirement analysis and prepare user requirement documentation.
• Identify and communicate potential risks or issues related to system design.
• Design test cases and perform user acceptance testing and regression testing.
• Provide training and documentation to users for system enhancements.
• Conduct post-implementation checks to verify successful deployment.
• Address production issues, oversee error resolution, and suggest workarounds.
• Verify and ensure the accuracy of distribution compensation calculations and payments.
• Assist in financial reporting on agency compensation, documentation, and prepare monthly journal bookings.

Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Distribution Compensation
• FLMI qualification
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis.
• Knowledge of insurance compensation for multi-distribution channels
• Good command of both English and Chinese.
