Key Responsibilities:
  • Operations Management:
    • Ensure smooth and accurate day-to-day operations, including timely product delivery and resolution of high-priority issues.
    • Maintain quality client service and adherence to business standards and control measures.
    • Handle escalations and ensure prompt resolution of key issues.
  • Strategic Planning:
    • Develop and execute a business plan aligned with the team's goals, organizational structure, and budget.
    • Report on key performance indicators and progress to senior management.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Lead, motivate, and develop team members through training and performance management.
    • Foster a collaborative and results-oriented culture.
  • Process Improvement:
    • Continuously review and improve processes, procedures, and systems to enhance efficiency.

  • Client and Stakeholder Management:

  • Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
    • 8+ years of experience in the financial services industry, with at least 5 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
    • Expertise in one or more areas such as Mutual Funds, Foreign Exchange (FX), or Securities Lending is preferred.
    • Proven ability to lead and develop teams in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong problem-solving and process improvement skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to manage cross-office initiatives and collaborate with global teams.
