Life Insurance Product Development Manager (Ilas focus)

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Life Insurance Product Development Manager to lead the development of our Investment-Linked Assurance Schemes (ILAS) products. This role is critical in driving our product strategy and enhancing our market offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a key resource in creating customer-centric savings and investment-oriented insurance products.
  • Prepare and review product materials to ensure compliance with governance requirements.
  • Conduct regular market intelligence to identify trends and business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure timely product launches and initiatives.
  • Participate in discussions to develop product designs and sales campaigns.
  • Support ongoing product maintenance and address product-related queries.
  • Assist with the special quotation process to customize solutions for unique business needs.

Qualifications:

  • University graduate in marketing, business, statistics, or actuarial sciences.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Fluent in Cantonese and English; proficiency in written and spoken forms is a must.
  • Strong business acumen and marketing sense.
  • A good team player with the ability to work independently.
  • Innovative, with good presentation skills and attention to detail.
  • Interest in performing research and synthesizing management information.
