Salary: HK$450k - HK$900k

Reponsibilities

  • Cover & Manage the electronic block crossing clients
  • Provide service to, and drive revenue growth from clients.
  • Identify / bring in new clients to the trading platform.
  • Perform statistical analysis on platform interaction and proactively suggest areas for improvement and drive growth.
  • Create execution reports on client and platform performance.
  • Coordinate with the Client Services and Product Management teams to prioritize and deliver top-rate service and product enhancements to clients.
  • Work closely with Algo coverage team to grow revenue across the entire platform.

    WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU:
  • Minimum 2 years of equity trading experience in the Asian markets
  • Excellent communication skills in English. Japanese, Cantonese, or Mandarin proficiency a plus
  • Proactive, a spirit of client service and a desire to serve & help grow a business
  • Result-oriented and self-motivated
  • Ability to understand technology infrastructure and proficiency in FIX terminology is a plus.
  • Technical/statistical understanding, an ability to analyze large data sets and communicate on this level internally with Client Services teams / externally with clients and prospects.
