Overview A renowned corporate bank is looking for an experienced product manager in Hong Kong to join the Structured Finance Advisory team with a focus on aviation & shipping finance.
Your New Role: - Lead the origination and execution of aircraft and vessel finance transactions in Hong Kong and the Asia Pacific region.
- Prepare pitching materials, financing proposals, and conduct financial analysis, modeling to support transaction structuring.
- Aid in due diligence, structuring, arranging, and syndicating aircraft and vessel finance transactions.
- Coordinate with clients, legal teams, banks, and other professional advisors, and manage documentation.
What you'll need to succeed: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Banking, Business, Finance, Law, or a related field.
- Professional qualifications in accounting, alternative investment, banking, CFA, law, etc., are preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in aircraft and vessel finance.
- In-depth knowledge of ECM in Hong Kong and China.
- Confidence in interacting with counterparts at all levels.
