Associate/ Vice President, Finance

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the preparation of Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) and Leverage Ratio (LR) statements to ensure compliance with the reporting requirements of the General Administration of Financial Supervision (GFSC).
• Review the accuracy of RWA calculations for credit risk, market risk, and operational risk, and report on high capital-consuming businesses on a regular basis.
• Lead the implementation of new capital regulations, update internal capital measurement process and system parameters, annual capital adequacy assessment (ICAAP), measure capital shortfalls and develop remediation plans
• Work with Risk Management to develop RWA measurement policy and share risk data parameters; provide product pricing support to business units, assess new business RWA usage, work with IT to promote RWA measurement system upgrade and develop automated regulatory reporting. Tools
• Propose capital and RWA savings optimization strategies to support major business decisions
• Ensure regulatory reporting is free of material errors to avoid regulatory penalties

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Finance Analyst, Risk Management or similar role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in financial analysis tools (e.g. Excel and financial software)
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
