Your new role - Facility Operations: Ensure smooth daily operations, including maintenance, security, and workplace safety.
- Budget & Cost Management: Develop and monitor budgets for facility-related expenses.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to local regulations, safety standards, and sustainability initiatives.
- Vendor & Contract Management: Oversee relationships with service providers and negotiate contracts.
- Team Leadership: Manage facility teams, fostering a productive and efficient work environment.
- Crisis & Emergency Planning: Handle disaster recovery, business continuity, and emergency response.
- Strategic Planning: Implement efficiency improvements and long-term facility management strategies.
What you'll need to succeed - Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience in managing large-scale facilities and administrative functions.
- Knowledge of compliance, safety regulations, and vendor management.
- Experience in Banking & Finance-related institutions
