Responsibility
  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of Microsoft Dynamics solutions.
  • Develop and maintain plugins, workflows, custom entities, and integrations with third-party systems.
  • Optimize performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system reliability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business analysts, QA, DevOps) to deliver projects on time.
  • Manage Dynamics implementations, upgrades, and migrations.
  • Design and implement API integrations (REST, SOAP) with other enterprise systems (Azure, SharePoint, SQL, etc.).
  • Automate business processes using Power Automate and Azure Logic Apps.
  • Ensure compliance with security, data privacy, and Microsoft Dynamics best practices.
  • Document technical specifications, architecture, and user guides.
Requirement
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics
  • Proficiency in C#, .NET, Python, JavaScript, and Dynamics SDK.
  • Experience with Dynamics integrations (APIs, middleware like KingswaySoft/Scribe).
  • Microsoft Dynamics certifications
  • Proven exposure with automation and familiar with DevOps, CI/CD
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Leadership experience in managing technical teams or projects is a plus
