Responsibilities - Assist in the implementation and administration of sales incentive plans, including data extraction, computation of incentive payouts, and sales reporting.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve data management for sales incentive management.
- Provide support to senior team members in gathering and organizing data, as well as responding to ad-hoc require.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and suggest recommendations to enhance efficiency.
- Enhance the existing control protocol to ensure the accuracy of sales payouts.
Requirements - Bachelor's degree (or higher) with 3-5 years of business analytics/data engineering/sales incentive experience in a sizeable bank/financial institutions.
- Strong business sense and knowledge in performance management of the industry.
- Proficient in database programming and data integration (eg Python, PySpark, SQL, etc.) to manipulate large volumes of data.
- Experience with visualization tools such as QlikSense
- Excellent communication skills and networking skills with key stakeholders
- Proactive, positive attitude, and willingness to take up challenges.
