Responsibilities:
  • Formulate, execute and manage result-driven product marketing activities for BOCHK personal banking, develop short-term and long-term marketing strategies.
  • Lead and execute thematic marketing campaigns and events for retail banking products, including FX, insurance, payroll, and deposits, to drive business growth.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy and content plan.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create and curate high-quality, engaging, and visually appealing content for social media platforms such as Instagram, WeChat, and Xiaohongshu.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, brand ambassadors, and online communities to enhance brand reach and engagement.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum of 12 years of solid experience in marketing, including at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • Strong expertise in digital and social media marketing, with a solid understanding of relevant technologies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proficiency in copywriting and editing
