Responsibilities: - Assist senior traders in capturing market opportunities within authorized trading limits to generate profits.
- Monitor market trends and news, and collect and analyze market data.
- Support senior traders in quote-making and liquidity management.
- Assist in implementing new business opportunities within the framework of regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Complete other tasks as assigned by superiors.
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or above in economics, finance, mathematics, or related disciplines.
- Experience in foreign exchange or interest rate trading, or liquidity management within financial institutions, with familiarity with common front-office trading systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for learning new knowledge and skills.
- Strong analytical and data processing abilities, with proficiency in writing reports and using standard office software.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
