Responsibilities - Liaise among business stakeholders, IT units, vendors to ensure business requirements are well defined and properly implemented
- Plan and manage the execution of project lifecycle, requirement gathering, analysis, implementation, testing, production rollout and maintenance effectively
- Work closely with users, vendors, development teams and collaborate with cross-functional teams for system requirement analysis, effort estimation
- Coordinate UAT and prepare documentation
- Providing production support to business units
- Liaise and coordinate effectively with both internal and external parties
- Monitor and communicate project progress and issues with project teams
Requirements - Degree holder in Computer Science, Business Administration or related disciplines
- 4-8 years of experience in business analysis, preferably in banking or finance sector. Less year experience will business technology manager
- Strong analytical and report-writing skills
- Good communication and presentation skill
- Experience in vendor management
- Good team player, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
- Knowledge in investment or debit card products would be an advantage
