Responsibilities: - Supervise and support counter service to ensure service quality and operating properly;
- Assist the branch managers to plan, execute and manager the counter services
- Monitor and check daily counter transactions to ensure that the branch operates in accordance with the policies, guidelines and procedures;
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints to provide quality customer services;
- Serve as the communication channel between the branch and other functional units.
- Provide recommendations on improvement of operation by collecting the opinions of subordinates and customers.
Requirements: - Diploma holder or above, with qualification in HKSI preferred
- At least 2 years relevant banking experience
- Sound knowledge of banking operations and related policies
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with good command of English and Chinese, including Putonghua
- Ability to handle customer complaints
