BD Manager/Growth Manager, Middle East or HK based, Crypto Exchange

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive result-oriented business development initiatives to accelerate growth across Middle East markets.
• Identify and execute opportunities to drive adoption and boost trading volume through partnerships.
• Work closely with marketing team to ensure high-quality delivery at every stage.
• Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and user needs to inform strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in a managerial role within business development and partnership management, preferably in crypto exchange, Web3, or blockchain-based projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Fluent in English and Arabic with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in a second foreign language is a plus.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
• Proactive, results-driven, and open to tackling challenges with a positive and innovative mindset.
