Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily margin processes in line with ISDA CSA and GMRA agreements
  • Respond to and issue margin calls promptly, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Oversee the movement of both cash and securities collateral, including those related to UMR obligations
  • Reconcile portfolios regularly, investigate discrepancies, and resolve margin call disputes
  • Collaborate with Risk, Middle Office, and Front Office teams to address trade and exposure mismatches
  • Engage directly with counterparties, custodians, and third-party vendors to manage collateral workflows
  • Support the development and implementation of operational controls for new and existing business lines
  • Conduct internal and client reporting, ensuring data accuracy and timely delivery
  • Maintain and update internal procedures in response to regulatory and process changes
  • Participate in system enhancement initiatives and partner with IT to improve margin infrastructure
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and reduce operational risk
  • Handle inquiries from internal stakeholders and provide subject matter expertise
  • Ensure exposures are accurately captured and monitored through robust control checks
  • Contribute to strategic projects aimed at enhancing collateral management efficiency
  • Take on ad-hoc assignments and support broader team initiatives as needed


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related discipline
  • In-depth understanding of OTC derivatives and repo products, including end-to-end trade lifecycle
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently
  • High attention to detail and a strong sense of accountability
  • Ability to perform under pressure and manage tight deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced level required)
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin (both written and spoken)
  • Familiarity with collateral platforms is a plus
