My client is seeking a dynamic and skilled professional to join the sales training team. This role is pivotal in shaping the learning and development strategy for the wealth management and insurance sales teams, ensuring they are equipped to deliver exceptional client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create engaging and varied training content customised for multiple distribution channels, including high-net-worth services, business banking, and retail banking sales teams.
  • Collaborate with the global training team and key internal partners to manage the learning curriculum and initiatives across all channels, offering strategic guidance on content for client-facing or internal development programs.
  • Conduct interactive training sessions focused on product expertise, sales techniques, and professional skills, while supporting accreditation pathways to foster career advancement for insurance and wealth advisors.
  • Coordinate and lead workshops with internal specialists and external industry experts to keep frontline teams updated on market trends and essential wealth management knowledge.
  • Plan and execute talent development and leadership programs for staff and sales channels to enhance professional growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree.
  • Fluency in Cantonese and English; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
  • Proven experience in frontline sales within a banking environment is essential.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong English proficiency.
  • Experience delivering training in a dynamic, results-oriented corporate setting.
  • Background in corporate training, sales coaching, or channel support, ideally within the financial or banking sector, is highly desirable.
  • Expertise in designing and leading organisation-wide learning initiatives is an advantage.
  • Deep understanding of wealth management or life insurance products, along with relevant professional qualifications, is preferred.
