Our client is a Consulting business, currently seeking a motivated HR Associate with 2+ years of experience in HR Consulting, to join and support on a project around performance management framework build-up. You will play a key role in HR advisory, guiding through KPI and goal-setting methodologies to enhance workforce effectiveness, with the opportunity to rotate into a HR Business Partner role within the business.
About The Role
✅ Provide HR consulting services, focusing on performance management framework design and implementation ✅ Support client servicing, acting as a trusted partner in delivering tailored HR solutions ✅ Assist in KPI development and goal-setting projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives ✅ Engage in HR business partnering (BP) initiatives, contributing to strategic HR projects ✅ Collaborate with internal teams and clients to drive measurable workforce improvements
Requirements
✔ 2+ years of experience in HR consulting with expertise in performance management and client engagement ✔ Strong understanding of KPI design, goal-setting frameworks, and workforce planning ✔ Experience with HR business partnering (BP) initiatives and project management is a plus ✔ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills ✔ Analytical mindset with a passion for helping businesses achieve HR excellence ✔ Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese
