Our client is a digital financial institution and with an increasing growth and a vision to diversify their portfolio, hence, they are now seeking for digital lending lead to join their team.
About the Role
Reporting to the department head, they are seeking an innovative and data-driven digital lending IT talent to lead the development, optimization, and management for their virtual banking platform (web and mobile). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fintech or banking product development, with a passion for creating seamless, customer-centric loan experiences. Define and execute the digital lending product roadmap for personal loans, business loans, or other credit products. Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to identify opportunities for new loan products or technology enhancements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (risk, compliance, UI/UX, Marketing) to design and develop scalable loan products for all the digital channels. Lastly, responsible for end-to-end loan product lifecycle management, from ideation to execution, with a focus on customer experience, automation, risk management, and business growth.
The Successful Applicants
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field; Master's or MBA will be an advantage
- Experience: 7+ years in digital lending, fintech, or retail banking, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience in virtual banking, proficiency in data analytics and agile product development will be a major plus
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams, communicate with stakeholders, and solve complex problems
- A passion in digital lending strategy & innovation IT development
- Strong strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a customer-first approach
- Good command in Chinese and English
