Job Title: Head of Trust Administration
Location: Hong Kong
Responsibilities:
- Formulate the goals, objectives, and operational strategies for the Trust Administration Department.
- Lead and manage the team to ensure effective delivery of trust administration and customer relationship services.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements pertaining to trust administration.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance client experience and operational efficiency.
- Train and develop team members to support their professional growth.
Requirements:
- Degree in law, accounting, business, or a related field; relevant professional qualifications (e.g., TEP, HKCGI Chartered Member) are a plus.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in trust administration, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role preferred.
- Strong knowledge of trust setup and administrative operations.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a client-focused mindset.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese; proficiency in Putonghua is essential.
- Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing.
- Immediate availability is highly preferred.
