We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Chief Risk Officer (CRO) to join the team and lead our risk management efforts, with a primary focus on
corporate and FI credit approval. Position Overview: The Chief Risk Officer (CRO) will be responsible for overseeing the bank's risk management framework, with a particular emphasis on the approval and monitoring of corporate and financial institution credit. The CRO will work closely with the executive team to develop and implement risk management strategies that align with the bank's objectives and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement a comprehensive risk management framework, focusing on corporate and FI credit approval.
- Identify, assess, and monitor credit risks associated with corporate clients and financial institutions.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Provide strategic guidance to the executive team on credit risk-related matters.
- Lead the risk management team and foster a culture of risk awareness across the organization.
- Prepare and present risk reports to the board of directors and senior management.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure integrated risk management practices.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to proactively manage credit risks.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in risk management within the banking or financial services industry, with a focus on corporate and FI credit approval.
- Strong knowledge of Chinese banking regulations and international risk management standards.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing risk management frameworks.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English is required.
