It offers insurance and financial services, writing life insurance for individuals and businesses, as well as accident and health insurance, and offers retirement planning, and wealth management services, variable contracts, investments and securities.
Your new role Strategic Leadership & Organizational Management
- Develop a long-term strategy to achieve service excellence and instill a strong service discipline.
- Monitor team performance, identify opportunities for process improvements, and drive efficiency.
- Motivate and empower team members to maximize their potential and meet key performance benchmarks.
- Minimize contract backlogs and ensure accurate policy document production.
- Implement measures to enhance workflow, compliance, and service turnaround time.
Operational Excellence & Compliance
- Lead a professional service team to deliver responsive and consistent service to corporate clients.
- Oversee document production and ensure compliance with accuracy, quality control, and audit requirements.
- Implement risk control procedures and provide expertise on contracts, policies, and operations.
- Work as a change agent to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
Client Relations & Service-to-Sales Support
- Provide expert advice to sales teams on policy terms, contracts, and compliance matters.
- Foster close collaboration with sales teams to optimize daily operations and strengthen client relationships.
- Review and approve client communication materials, ensuring clarity, professionalism, and alignment with company standards.
People Management & Team Development
- Guide and mentor team members to foster a customer-centric approach and continuous improvement mindset.
- Provide coaching, training, and leadership to enhance team competencies and performance.
- Identify high-potential employees for leadership development and succession planning.
- Allocate resources effectively to maintain service benchmarks and compliance standards.
Other Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate projects or assignments to drive operational improvements.
- Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as designated by leadership.
What you'll need to succeed - Minimum 10 years customer services/operations experience of which 5 years in managerial positions
- Preferably IIQE (paper 1, 2, 3 & 4) licensed
- Good knowledge on group insurance operations and products, MPF/ORSO retirement schemes
- Good staff coaching and supervisory skills
- Good PC skills
- Proficient in both spoken and written Chinese and English
