Responsibilities - Drive and implement recruitment transformation initiatives, partnering with Group and internal stakeholders to streamline processes, elevate the quality of hires, and enhance the candidate experience
- Oversee and implement Contingent Workforce Management ("CWF") governance, ensuring adherence to relevant policies and regulations
- Collaborate with Talent Advisors and HR Business Partners to formulate and implement targeted recruitment campaigns and strategies, including campus recruitment and career fairs to build talent pipeline
- Partner with HR COO to strengthen employer branding and enhance candidate experiences
- Leverage talent acquisition data analytics and monitor KPI to identify areas for improvement and drive data-driven decision-making
- Participate in other HR projects and initiatives, including but not limited to staff events, HR audits and ad hoc reporting
Requirements - A minimum of 10 years of experience in talent acquisition, demonstrating a proven track record of successful recruitment strategies and initiatives
- Experience in developing and executing successful campus recruitment strategies, including building relationships with universities, organizing recruitment events, and managing internship programmes
- Strong understanding of prevailing recruitment trends, best practices, and cutting-edge technologies, coupled with the ability to translate them into practical solutions
- Prior experience in contingent workforce governance and vendor management with strong risk awareness, and the ability to ensure compliance with relevant policies and regulations
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data insights to drive decision-making
- Experience in leading and managing recruitment transformation projects, with a focus on optimizing processes and enhancing candidate experiences
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Good leadership skill with the ability to coach, motivate, and develop talent
