Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive UAT strategies and test plans for Internet Banking and Mobile Banking App, ensuring alignment with business requirements and technical specifications
  • Lead the UAT process by coordinating with internal stakeholders, including product managers, developers, and business analysts, to execute test cases and validate system functionality
  • Identify, document, and track defects or issues during testing, working closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution and retesting
  • Ensure that the digital banking platforms meet user needs and comply with regulatory and security standards
  • Manage and guide a team of UAT testers (if applicable), providing training and support to ensure high-quality testing outcomes
  • Prepare detailed test reports, summaries, and feedback for stakeholders, ensuring transparency on testing progress, risks, and outcomes
  • Recommend enhancements to testing processes and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness of UAT activities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for UAT-related matters, liaising with business units and IT teams to address concerns and ensure smooth deployment of digital banking solutions
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in software testing, with at least 2 years in a UAT management or leadership role, preferably in banking or financial services
  • Familiarity with digital banking platforms (Internet Banking and Mobile Banking Apps), testing tools (e.g., JIRA, TestComplete), and basic understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities to identify issues and ensure quality standards are met
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present findings to stakeholders
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, manage priorities, and deliver results under tight deadlines
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail to ensure flawless user experiences in digital banking solutions
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Deputy Digital Platform Manager
