Are you detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about delivering exceptional client service in a fast-paced financial environment? We're looking for a Client Service Manager to support relationship managers and clients with operational excellence and a strong service mindset.
Key Responsibilities: Client Servicing
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure client documentation complies with policies and procedures
- Promptly follow up and resolve client queries
- Assist with client order taking
- Understand clients' overall relationship with the bank
Operational Responsibilities
- Trade booking and settlement
- Resolve settlement and funding issues
- Follow up on margin calls and collateral matters
- Handle transactional documentation (e.g., client suitability and eligibility)
Policies and Procedures
- Maintain full awareness of and adherence to internal policies and procedures
Administrative Responsibilities
- Manage administrative tasks such as travel bookings, expense claims, and mailing of marketing materials
What We're Looking For: - Fluent in English and proficiency in verbal and written Mandarin (due to business needs)
- Diploma Holders/University graduate with minimum 4 to 5 years of relevant financial services experience, preferably in relation to frontline client service
- Possesses HKSI Paper 1
- Strong knowledge in Private Banking investment products. Eg, FX, Equities, Fixed Income, derivatives.
