About the role
As a contract UAT Tester for b anking, you will play a vital role in coordinating the digital services process. This includes overseeing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities and communicating with various stakeholders involved in multiple digital projects.
Responsibilities
* Support the UAT activities for digital projects.
* Coordinate with various stakeholders to gather requirements.
* Understand the digital platforms and provide feedback.
* Launch updated features for our digital platforms.
* Provide training to users on enhancements to digital features.
* Assist with various ad-hoc projects as required.
Requirements
* 1-3 years of experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and handled digital projects.
* A strong desire to learn more about digital projects and the financial industry is essential.
* Proficient in both spoken Cantonese and written English.
* Immediate availability or a short notice period is preferred.
