Our client, a leading APAC retail group, seeks an Assistant Project Manager to join their dynamic team, driving innovative Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations projects across diverse markets.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage finance and accounting system support, ensuring stable operations and integration across retail applications.
- Define and implement roadmaps for finance domain applications, acting as a subject matter expert to enhance business efficiency.
- Partner with finance teams to identify and propose solutions, leveraging technologies like RPA, API, or AI to optimize processes.
- Lead project execution for ERP, procurement, and payment systems, managing stakeholder expectations, budgets, and timelines.
- Develop metrics, dashboards, and reports for performance tracking, while mentoring teams and promoting user adoption of solutions.
Requirements
- University degree in Information Systems or related field; finance background is a plus.
- 8+ years in IS/IT, including 5+ years in project management; certified PM preferred but not essential with relevant experience.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills, with fluency in English and Chinese for multicultural collaboration.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft D365 F&O) and tools like PowerBI, PowerApps, or MuleSoft; SAP knowledge is an advantage.
- Immediate availability or short notice preferred.
