Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end technical projects, including market data service installations, client onboarding, and electronic trading and/or low-latency connectivity setups.
  • Manage cross-functional enterprise projects and initiatives in compliance with defined project management standards with the goal of delivering the project objectives.
  • Coordinate with infrastructure teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Track project progress, risks, and dependencies, providing clear updates to stakeholders.
  • Lead weekend installations to minimize market disruption.
  • Maintain documentation for requirements, scope changes, and project outcomes.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to real-time market data feeds (Bloomberg, Refinitiv, Reuters) and electronic trading systems.
Requirements:
  • 7 years of technical project management experience in financial services/ banking sector
  • Domain knowledge in infrastracture, voice and Data Network Technologies, Datacenter buildout related experience
  • Knowledge in low-latency systems or electronic trading is preferred
  • Strong knowledge of exchanges (NYSE, Nasdaq), networking topology, and B2B data providers.
  • Proactive problem-solver with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to bridge technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Jira, ServiceNow, and workflow management tools.
