If you believe in developing a better tomorrow, read on. About the Role Lead the alignment of business goals with new strategic digital/ technology initiatives across customer or other platforms. This role acts as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, driving the successful delivery of strategic initiatives by translating business needs into actionable outcomes.
Roles and Responsibilities: - Strategic Partnership: Build strong relationships with business stakeholders and partners to understand their goals, challenges, and upcoming initiatives.
- Initiative Shaping: Lead the early-stage definition of new initiatives, including scoping, high-level requirements gathering and analysis, and business case development. Lead impact analysis and risk assessments for proposed changes and new initiatives
- Delivery Oversight: Collaborate with cross-functional teams within TDA to ensure timely and effective delivery of business initiatives. Ensure that business requirements are aligned with business goals and objectives. Partner with development teams to ensure that solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
- Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders throughout the initiative lifecycle, ensuring transparency and alignment.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve business processes, customer experience, and platform capabilities through technology.
- Improved maturity and completeness of SDLC artefacts/processes for digital initiatives
- Increase in the quality of the business outcomes from platform delivered changes
Job Requirements: - A bachelor's degree in business administration, information technology, or a related discipline.
- 7+ years of experience in digital delivery, project management, SDLC with a focus on digital projects
- Proven track record of leading and managing a team of business analysts, project managers and engaging with technical teams.
- Strong understanding of digital technologies and their application in business.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear and concise functional specifications.
- Experience in facilitating workshops and meetings with stakeholders.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques.
- Self-motivated, action-and-result oriented, team player, and demonstrable ability to influence others.
